Blinded in one eye by the once-fabled Spear Bat, I crafted a new eye that would act as a light in the dark. With a dial on the wooden eye, I am able to adjust the gas intake of a small flame within, whose light shines through a ruby, out in three distinct directions.
-- The technical notes of Captain Adrian Skybaron In reality, the screw near the eye holes acts as a conductor - when the screw is deep enough in the eye, it makes contact with a red LED light and batteries to complete the flow of electricity. Its probably a bit dangerous to have a battery so close to my eye, but it is all padded with two layers of foam; and I've had no problems so far. Comments
